Refund policy

In the event you decide to cancel your hire due to sickness change, of mind, a cancelled event etc. A refund will be issued with 14+ days notice minus any service fees owed.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the confirmed hire date strictly non-refundable

If you choose not to proceed with your booking after payment has been made, the above cancellation terms will apply.
