Shipping policy

1. Delivery & Postage

Express Flat Rate: We offer a flat rate of $25.00 AUD for Express Two-Way Shipping across Australia.

What’s Included: Your order includes Express delivery straight to your door, plus a pre-addressed, pre-paid Express Post satchel packed inside for your return.

Dispatch Times: To guarantee your garment arrives on time, please place your booking at least 3 business days prior to your event date. Tracked AusPost Express tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Returning Your Rental

Return Deadline: All items must be lodged at an official Australia Post counter by 4:00 PM on the next business day following the final day of your rental period.

Sunday / Public Holiday Events: If your event is on a Saturday or Sunday, your return satchel must be lodged at Australia Post by 4:00 PM on Monday.

3. Late Fees & Delays

Late Return Fee: Delayed returns directly impact the next client’s booking. A $25.00 per day late fee will apply for every day the item is unlodged past your required return deadline.

Loss of Booking: If a late return results in the cancellation of a subsequent client's booking, you will be liable for the full rental cost of that missed hire.

4. Local Pick-Up & Drop-Off (Melbourne)

Free local pick-up and drop-off is available in Melbourne.

Select "Local Pick-Up" at checkout, and we will contact you to coordinate exact times and drop-off arrangements.

Local returns must be dropped back to the designated collection point by 4:00 PM on the final day of your hire period.
